18 сентября были подведены итоги конкурса «Зеленые дворы — зеленый город», где отметили УК «Альтернативу» за инициативность в облагораживании дворов, которые находятся на обслуживании компании. По словам сотрудников компании в следующем году они будут бороться за призовое место, ведь у них уже есть разный опыт работы с посадочным материалом и планы на улучшения своих дворов.
Оценивалось качество посадочного материала, соблюдение условий посадки, количество посадочного материала, а также приживаемость и уход за деревьями. Дополнительные баллы участники получали за видовое разнообразие древесно-кустарниковой растительности и творческий подход.
Конкурс «Зеленые дворы – зеленый город» проводится департаментом городского хозяйства администрации города Тюмени с 2016 года. За это время общее количество высаженных зеленых насаждений в рамках конкурса составило 1 903 дерева и 12 767 кустарников.
